Studies have shown how essential breakfast is and how dangerous it can be skipping it. Breakfast is important both for weight control and brian developement especially in children. It is like the king of all meals as it breaks down overnight fasting, replenishes your supply of glucose and also provides you with energy and nutrient. While some studies accepted it to be the most essential, some think it may not be so, Forbes.. despite that still have this to say

Therefore, the importance of breakfast should not be belittled. And concerning weight loss, don't make a mistake of skipping breakfast. But always take something light, that helps you lose weight fast.
Which is why you have to start your day with something as cool as this! Banana omelet and toasted bread, within ten minutes breakfast  is ready.
Recipe:
1) 2 slices of bread,
2) g/oil or butter.
3) 2 eggs.
4) 1 ripe banana.
5) sardine (mashed or cut into pieces)
6) a pinch of salt.
7) seasoning cube.
8) fresh pepper (chopped)
9) onions (chopped)
10) parsley leaf.
11) curry $ thyme (optional).
Method. Mash your ripe banana and set aside. Get a clean frying pan and place it on fire with a low heat, then melt your butter. Add in your chopped onions and pepper and leave to fry for some minute. Add your sardine, a pinch of salt and seasoning cube, then leave to fry for some minutes. Add your mashed banana and leave to fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk your egg and add,then mix together and fry as desired. Toast your bread. This is best serve hot with pasley leaf and a chilled drink or hot tea.
